Ljubljana and the hotels from our list are easily accessible from the airport, since there are only 25 km from Jože Pučnik Airport to the city centre. Ljubljana has railway and bus stations located in the heart of the city and all the major hotels are centrally located.
A number of hotel rooms in different price categories have been booked in Ljubljana with arrival June 7 and departure June 12 for the congress. Additional nights can be confirmed if available.

Rates for September 2026
Prices are in EUR and include one night stay per room including buffet style breakfast (VAT and tourist tax included).

Accommodation can be booked on-line via a hotel reservation form by credit card only: the number of your credit card is required as a guarantee and will not be charged unless agreed so.

All requests will be handled on a first-come first-served basis.
To guarantee your booking please book before March 15, 2026. After this date rooms can be booked upon availability.

Accommodation is payable directly to the hotel upon check-out.

Changes to and cancellation of accommodation.

Changes or cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected] and cannot be made online nor directly with the hotel.

Cancellations received:

• before May 5, 2026, are non-chargeable.
• from May 6 to May 30, 2026, one night will be debited to your credit card.
• after May 30, 2026 the entire stay of accommodation will be debited to your credit card.

“No show” the entire stay of accommodation will be debited to your credit card.
